About
Cerah is an independent resilience and compliance engineering practice, founded in 2010. Since then we have worked with operators on the systems they cannot afford to lose.
Cerah began in the Financial District. Our founder’s early work was VMware design, implementation, and training — delivered on-site from the stock exchange to mission control. That history shaped how we think: build systems that must not break; teach the teams who will run them; leave operators able to continue the work without us. Every engagement since has been measured against those three obligations.
We are independent, not a reseller. We are operators, not auditors. Our engagements are embedded and long-tenured. We work with a small number of organizations at a time, in the United States and occasionally elsewhere.
We do not publish a services catalog, a price sheet, a team roster, or a client list. Those omissions are deliberate. Every engagement is scoped to the environment in front of us, and a generic catalog would misrepresent how we actually work. If you’d like to know more about what we do and how — or whether we’d be a good fit for a problem you’re carrying — send us a note.
